ENGINEERING:

Each Prime steel building is designed by professionally trained, licensed state-registered engineers using Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software and is certified to meet or exceed all local snow, wind, and seismic conditions.

MANUFACTURING:

The steel building plant uses state-of-the-art computerized fabrication equipment with the most recent technological advances and strategically situated material-handling production lines. The production scheduling is fully integrated by computer directly with the engineering division. This facilitates the most effective combination of jobs which reduces scrap loss and fabrication cost per ton -- the resulting savings are passed onto our customers. The computerized equipment is run by professional operators that undergo specialized training. Every Prime Steel Buildings employee diligently quality-control checks the production at different stages of productions to guarantee excellent results.

The factory offers a 24-hour toll-free customer service line. The customer service technicians are available to answer any building construction questions that may arise. Field engineers are trained by the factory and available for consultation on custom or technical applications.
