All structural raw materials including steel bar and plate are shipped directly from the steel mill and entirely laser cut, plasma punched, welded, and fabricated in the same facility. This virtually eliminates the misalignments found in buildings sold by middle-men brokers where steel I-beam frames, sheeting, girts and purlins are manufactured in separate facilities and combined later for shipment.
Our engineers regularly attend up-to-date seminars to keep abreast of the changes in regional/state codes resulting from the nationwide trend towards code consolidation occurring under the IBC code provisions.
